Floor care duties include but are not limited to; stripping and refinishing hard surface floors, deep cleaning of carpets, and maintenance processes related to floor care Follows established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.
Clean walls and ceilings by washing, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, or deodorizing.
Cleans Hallways and stairways.
Discards waste and trash into proper containers and relines trash receptacles with plastic liners.
Daily Mopping and Buffing according to planned schedules Physical Requirements of the Job Able to lift 0 - 40 lb.

Capable of standing, walking, and reaching throughout a shift.
Capable of lifting furniture and equipment.
Capable of operating floor equipment on various floors throughout a shift.
Capable of pushing and pulling furniture and equipment frequently.
Must be able to handle/interact with all cleaning chemicals used for floorcare Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and even other hours as needed per assigned area.
Must have communication skills in English EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION Education:
High School Diploma/ GED required One (1) year job related experience SKILLS AND ABILITIES Understanding of infection control procedures Demonstrate the ability to Multi task and Manage job duties Understands and embraces Teamwork and Punctuality Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, according to our patient needs Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication Job Type:
