Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the position:
Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance, identify and resolve problems, prepare and complete action plans, system audits and analyses, manage system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.
Accomplishes call center personnel objectives, recruit, train, administering scheduling systems, communicate job expectations, planning, appraising, reviewing job contributions, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Meets call center financial objectives by estimating requirements, prepare annual budget, expenditures, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions.
Prepares call center performance reports, summarizing data and trends.
Maintains equipment, develop preventive maintenance programs, evaluate and implement upgrades.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
Accomplishes organization goals, take ownership, explore opportunities to add value.
Understand sales and marketing, ability to set up process and business model.

, BS, or equivalent experience.
2-5 years' experience in Call Center and Process improvement.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Understand what it takes to maintain and develop productive client relationships.
Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to lead projects using own initiative and team work.
Ability to create and maintain accurate documentation.
Ability to effectively manage client & staff relationships, promptly respond to clients, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations.
Comfortable with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to occasionally take on additional tasks from other departments.
