individuals.
Must be willing to travel as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Must be able to perform construction projects to the highest standards Knowledge of the retail construction industry including reading and interpreting blue prints.

Superintendent shall supervise all Assistant-Superintendents DIRECT REPORTS n/a QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / JOB REQUIREMENTS Ability to provide direction to and resolve problems amongst 30
subcontractors and vendors.
Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
Communicate effectively using the following tools:
telephone, email, computer, digital camera.
Ability to read blueprint.
Monitoring jobsite general health and safety.
Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.
Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.
Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Develops realistic action plans.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of three years of verifiable experience, thorough knowledge of trades and be computer literate.
Experience in tract housing and multifamily production is preferred.
Office experience of Master Builder, Microsoft office (Excel, word, project & Outlook) is also preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a teammate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position involves work at a construction site where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors.
Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other tools required for the job While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk; Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Reach with hands and arms; Climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and Talk or hear The employee is occasionally required to sit.
