Primary duties will include measuring and mixing components, performing aseptic filling techniques, labeling, record keeping, and maintaining the work area.
Employees must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
Key Responsibilities Measuring of components used in cell culture medias.
Mixing of components used in cell culture medias.
Performing aseptic filling procedures.
Set up and steam sterilization of filtration lines.
Following SOP's and batch records to produce high quality products effectively and efficiently.
Recording and interpreting data.
Accurate labeling and storage of products.
Work independently with minimal supervision on tasks after proper training is complete.
Work together with the Manufacturing team to ensure the day's tasks are completed.
Make non-critical decisions based on data or results of work.
Demonstrate EPIC values in daily work.
Communicate effectively across groups and sites.
Laboratory upkeep and maintenance.
Ensures proper function of equipment.
Knowledge of multiples processes or products.
Prioritizes own work to meet deadlines and complete multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
Propose and implement process improvements.
Able to recognize issues that arise and report them to the proper person or department.
Consistently demonstrate ability to meet quality requirements in daily work.
Utilizes relevant internal databases effectively.
Executes daily and weekly schedule with minimal supervision.
Collaborates on projects of low to moderate complexity.
