Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment - Prevent loss and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, and restraining trespassers - Control access points and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats - Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities Skills:
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Good physical condition to perform regular patrols and respond quickly if needed - Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and surveillance equipment - Basic computer skills to operate CCTV systems and other security devices Note:
Prior experience in loss prevention or working with CCTV systems is highly desirable.
