The correct candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be very friendly, patient-oriented, outgoing, and able to transform an incoming call into an incoming patient.
Dentrix software knowledge and insurance knowledge are a big plus General office skills like computer knowledge, answering multiple phone lines, answering general questions, data input, filing the insurance claims, and other general office duties.
The candidate should be team-oriented, proactive, and motivated to grow with our practice.
