The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Director of Business Development and members of that team to provide strategic support across the company's practices.
Position
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels, etc.
Execute marketing plans to reach target audiences through various channels.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, emergency recovery coordinator and business development) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Analyze monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, campaign performances and other KPIs.
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
Develop marketing materials, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Develop and manage adjuster/carrier relations.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
