00PM Summary (Position Description):
The picker will utilize consolidated pick reports to pick a wide variety of items and place items in appropriate area for production usage.
Reports To:
Inventory Management Supervisor Status:
Full time, Nonexempt Duties & Tasks:
Pick orders as requested by supervisor.
Proper handling of parts Operate stand up forklift, cherry picker, or scissor lift.
Ensure correct item and quantity delivered to production area.
Use WMS and RF systems to transfer inventory locations.
Work with cycle count team to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Assist with annual physical inventory.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Adhere to all Bitzer safety policies and procedures.
Maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized area in accordance with Bitzer's 5S protocol.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
Detailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast moving environment.
Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction.
Team orientated and self-motivated.
Basic Math knowledge.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Forklift experience and ability to pass Bitzer certification.
Must be able to stand on feet for at least 10 hours/day.
Work Environment:
This job is performed in a manufacturing environment and proper PPE is required at all times, such as safety glasses, ear protection and steel toed shoes.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; bend; stoop; use hands; and reach with hands and arms.
May be required to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
