Our client in the Flowery Branch, GA area is looking for an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician. Primary Responsibilities include: Comply with OSHA safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas and use LOTO where and when appropriate. Perform machine maintenance/repair: skills to include, but not limited to: -Mechanical - Ballscrews; Spindles; Lifting/Rigging; Durable detail manufacture; Knowledge of ATC arms and tool holding fixtures; Conveyor systems; -Electrical - Schematics/Hardware Interpretation; Ladder logic competency; CNC programming - G-code,parameters,variables; Panelmates/other HMIs; -Pneumatic - Rebuild valves and cylinders; Piping/Tubing diagram competency; Leak testing strategies; -Hydraulic - Knowledge of safe operation; Rebuild valves and cylinders; Monitor and adjust where required; Build hoses. Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Enter data and work order information into software system for tracking and traceability purposes on all relevant tasks performed. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.Perform other duties as assigned or needed.Candidate must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferably candidate would have an associate's degree in an Engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial and/or 5+ years of manufacturing experience; strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills are preferred. Candidate must also be experienced in Quality management, Kaizen training and work environments and the ability to lead a safety structured program. Candidate must have strong computer, written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work with a team and within a safe work environment is essential. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
